Did you get better overclock with or without the memory heatspreader i.e. Corsair, Mushkin, OCZ etc..

With or without the Heatspreader give you better result in FSB overclocking (assuming your system is surely able to handle high FSBs)? What's your experience in testing between the two?

yeah, functionally uselesss, but it keeps me from having to worry about touching the pcb when i'm working with it. Since i'm a klutz, that is a very good thing.

i want a waterblock that cools the memory chips. i've been searching for it.. but no luck yet.


my ram sticks do 230mhz FSB (5-2-2-2) with or without HS. I haven't tried it higher without the HS yet.. i also want to cool my ram chips with the chilled water i have. i can't find the block for them. 🙁
