Did you find your first job on your own?

I've had 2 jobs and they were both given to me. I've had it pretty easy in the job market.

No. I was the kid that got a job with his grandpa who ran the place.

a friend put in a good word for me, i was hired on the spot.

 

i got conned into my first job
got handed a form (application) at school
(for corn detassling)
being a dumbass, i filled it out and returned it right away cuz i thought it was mandatory

3 months later, peak of summer i get a phone call that i start work on monday
i didn't want to go, but my dad wouldn't let me quit

made like 600 bucks, got the worst case of enflamed scrotum jock itch ever, got a cigarrette put out on the back of my neck, got a BJ on the bus and ripped a kids ear off all within 2 weeks time
