Did winter not get the memo?

It's time to leave, dude. You're worn out your welcome.

Didn't realize we were expecting snow today. Was very surprised to wake up and see 1/2 in of snow outside and it coming down pretty heavily. Was out in shorts on Friday and now this. Man I hate weather change.

This thread is causing deja vu for me. Feels like I've seen it before.

Anyway, I was expecting at least one more 'event', probably a couple. I'm just happy it has mostly melted off my roof and that I was given a reprieve for a couple weeks. We're on the downhill now.

Close to the 80 degree mark over the weekend here.

My wife and I planted some tomatoes in the backyard sunday. Last saturday my wife, my step daughter, son-in-law and grand kids went to my parents farm and planted peas, corn, potatoes and water melons. We planted 10 rows of potatoes, 4 rows of corn and peas, and several water melon mounds.

Winter is pretty much over here. Now its time to get out on the river and do some fishing.

I'm in Albany today, we have an inch or 2 and it's coming down pretty good right now. This weekend up in Malone we got a few inches too, I'm not sure what they are getting today.

We finally had a decent winter this year, I'm ready for spring weather now though.

I knew you were in NJ when I read the thread title 😀

It was raining when I got up at 6 to take the morning meds, went back to sleep for a bit, woke up to the snow. Wet snow and will melt soon but gah, silly.

The boots, hat and snow jacket are still where I threw them last time it snowed, glad I didn't get tidy and clean up.

We've had a lot of rain...often heavy at times...and that storm is on its way across the country, bringing more snow and rain to youse folks...

Snowing here in CT today, will eventually change to rain after an inch or two they say. Wasn't expecting it as we had the temp in the low 70s 3 days ago on Friday.

sucky part was that the town wasn't ready for it. The roads were mess in the morning. The snow isn't gone but things seem cleaner outside.

We don't reach 65 until Easter and we're lucky that we had weather in the 50's for the last bit of Feb.

It was more like 2 inches here in Wayne, NJ .. heavy wet snow, wiper blades could not move it. Had to brush some of it off. Most is gone now, except for on the grass. I should have expected it, as I took the snow brushes out of the car on Saturday.

Would love to have some of your winter. It's hot, dry and it's just beginning here in CF.

This is just a case of wanting what you don't (or can't) have.

Luckily NJ has four proportional seasons but this year the north east has seen its worst winter in decades.
