i dont get why it was locked...


i wasnt asking if .999... = 1. i know it does.

however, i was asking essentially if an infintesimally small number = 0. or, if any percentage chance of happening, at infinant trials is a given.

oh well. i wasnt asking for a lock, it was a legitimate thread

I would assume it was locked for one of three reasons:
1. It's a repost
2. It was poorly worded and sounded like gibberish
3. You were stoned when you wrote it, resulting in the gibberish (drug use is not condoned here)
