Did they make 2000+ athlon XP bartons?

I have a 2000+ athlon XP and it looks like a barton core, rectangular but longer than other rectangular throughbreds.

Is this a rare chip?

Seems its a thorton, never heard of that core before, looks like its just a castrated barton.
