According to the link above, Super PACs spent almost 2 to 1 in opposing Obama compared to Romney. At the same time, Romney also benefited in higher Support Spending compared to Obama.

I'd say the Romney pacs lost and obamas pacs won.

Corporations and monied elite that buy influence through them won as well, some doing better than others obviously.
