Civil Suits don't follow the same innocent till proven guilty. Often even if the claims the plaintiffs make are absolutely true, it doesn't mean there is a civil recourse for it. Just from the playbook alone, its obvious what Trump University is, but I don't fault Trump specifically for that as almost all for profit schools are like this.

If anything he has made it worse by trying to double down on it and saying he wants to reopen it after that playbook came out.

It is absolutely true that one of the Saudi's royal family (who number around five or six thousand if memory serves and who as a group are not exactly known for truthfulness, veracity or sanity) said that. I'm sure there is some Saudi money in there somewhere, probably for Trump too. But saying it's 20% is simply insane. I'd bet money that 1% would be an exaggeration. There are simply far too many other interests buying favor for any illegal source to make up such a significant portion. Obviously the Chinese and Indonesian money was huge for Bill Clinton in '96, but that's very unusual; he was very unpopular, just after a Republican tidal wave. Hillary is pretty unpopular, but she's running at time when even Republicans hate the Republican Party and vice versa. She is very popular with the people who buy elections, she will raise over a billion from legitimate sources, so she's anything but desperate, and she already has plenty of legal problems so she doesn't need another.

There is no clause when going into any University or School in general that you will be guaranteed massive wealth by simply attending a class. Never has, never will be.
