Although it's up slightly in the past few weeks, in the past few years NG has been pretty consistently in the $3-5 range...In a nut shale, yes. 😉
Basically the last few years have been unseasonably warm, resulted in glut of NG,, so the manufacturers reduced their rig counts, which led to smaller stored supplies. In come a few blizzards, draw down ratio exceeding storage, so you're beginning to see the rise in NG prices.
It's a good time to invest in NG companies, some are looking to export them as LNG to China as well. Consider this a tip 😉
Holy crap what are you using that gives you such a small bill, a natural gas candle? lol. Mine is about $95/mo which is actually pretty low, or at least I thought so.
