Did Rafael Palmeiro take steriods?

Please only serious discussion about Rafael Palmeiro innocence. However exceptions can be made for people who want to list reasons the O's will turn their season around and win the World Series.

I can't honestly believe he didn't knowingly take steroids. Especially something like Winstrol. I could see maybe if he mistakenly took Dbolz or Deca, but Winstrol is some serious sh!t.

and still I say... "does anyone care"... he's not going to do crap for the rest of his career, so whether he took steroids or not really doesn't make a difference unless you are on the steroid witch hunt crew.

I had never heard of the guy until this thing. And I don't care whether he did it or not. I don't care about baseball. Why don't they make a steroid league and a non-steroid league?

Yes it does make a difference. Do you realize what Palmeiro has accomplished? 3,000 hits and 500 homeruns. Something only 3 other players in MLB history have done. And now, that it was done with him probably taking steroids, it's a pretty big deal. On top of that, he also may to go jail for perjury.

Just because it doesn't matter to you, doesn't mean it doesn't matter to other people.

Because.... steroids are illegal?

actually he is a possible HOF cannadite.

Not to mention he is about to hit 600hrs (think 600 heh) wich would put him in with the very best ever played.

so this does story has a lot rideing on it.

personally i feel if it is proven he did them he should NOT be allowed in teh HOF. same with Sosa, McGriear (sp?), Bonds or whoever.

I think if players were barred entry into the Hall of Fame if they took steroids, it would stop a lot of the showcase talents on clubs from taking them.
