That show is completely fake and scripted. I don't think it really matters who won.

You can't just pull up in to a town and start selling food. You need, at the least, a food permit, tax permit, and visits from health inspectors. That takes longer than a few days to accomplish.

If NonNom did not win the last challenge there would have been no build up to who won - did they really win or were they given the challenge in order to make it a competition.
