Did NE1 else hear about Katie Couric going off on a guest Wednesday on the Today Show??

I normally watch the Today Show in the mornings before I go to work, but this happened in the 3rd hour on Wednesday. My mom told me that some woman came on there and was accusing Katie of making comments about Ronald Regan and taking Katie's words out of context. Katie must have had enough b/c she told the woman "I AM RUNNING THIS INTERVIEW" and started talking all over the woman b/c she was being an a$$ to Katie. My mom said that it got so bad that she was gonna change the channel b/c she thought they were gonna start fighting.:Q
 
That was her talking to that rabble rouser Ann Coulter. Ann Coulter is suck In Coulters new book she called Katie Couric something to the effect of a "perky Eva Braun".
 
Heh... the underline on the thread title made it look like Katie Kuric was going off on a quest Wednesday...

did you see the chick who host CBS morning show go off on martha stewart?

Martha was standing there with a knife cutting up a salad or whatever and doing a cooking segment, and the host lady (name eludes me) came right up during it and asked her on live TV about IMClone and stocks and stuff)

Never piss off martha when she's got a knife!

Anyway, these talk shows are getting nuts!

She would have got trashed, during the Olympics in Atlanta she and the other guy were trying out Archery. She could hardly pull back a friggin recurve target bow. :Q 😉

All that money she makes and doesn't deserve she prolly doesn't even pick up her cups of tea herself 😉

Ann Coulter is pretty aggressive, and also pretty good looking, too, but she is correct, to a point, about Couric.

Couric is cute, too, but I think her popularity was better when she was the perky, smiling face. She's not cutting it to well, IMO, when she's trying to be a serious journalist. She just isn't one.

Correct about Katie on what? From what I understand, she totally miquoted Katie in her book and then came on the show and tried to rub it in Katie's face. Katie was reading text off a teleprompter (in regards to Reagan) and this Coulter lady was making it out as if it were Katie's own personal feelings and words. THAT is what Coulter wrote in the book about Katie. And apparently (from what my mom was saying), Katie was well prepared for this pyscho bitch to come on b/c she was going at her toe to toe.

That Coulter lady looks like a long-necked pelican.

Katie was getting her ass handed to her, she got mad and started saying over and over that Ann was fired, never letting her reply.

Tell you what, add some bikinis and a mud pit and i could watch that every morning. 😉
