Did you even bother to read what I wrote? I get graphical glitches before Windows even loads. I also have two separate installs of two versions of Windows (XP and 7) and both became unusable at the same time.
 
It's dead. The card is 4 years old. They don't last much more than that. You could try baking it if you really want to keep it.
