My 45 gig drive now only shows 2 gigs of free space. I had lots of problems trying to install win2k on a new 45 gig drive, so i put win 98 on then installed partition magic and boot magic hoping to put win2k on a seperate partition. With win98 it showed my drive being a 45 gig drive. I still had problems so i decided to start from scratch and delete all partitions using fdisk (win 98 boot disk) and now my dirve only shows up as being two gigs. Ive tried using fdisk and the emergency start up disks with partition magic and im still getting the same thing. Did my partitions get hidden some how by boot magic? And if so how can i get back to square one? Does anybody know of a utility that will completly erase ALL data and partitions off a drive? I can't take the drive back because ive gone over the five day return limit and im getting real frustrated, so if anybody could help, i sure could need it. Thanks in advance.
