Did just pull both my hamstrings?

Last night while warming up before softball double header I jump ever so slightly to get a ball... and feel a pain in my hamstring. Wasn't too bad at first just felt like a light cramp. Try jogging/stretching it out for a few minutes and I feel the same thing in my other hamstring!

I had stretched before, am 23 years old in pretty good shape, and did not even do any major movements to hurt anything (i though at least).

Now I feel constant light pain in my hammies and running hurts a lot. Getting up quickly form a seated or squatted position makes me feel it the most... WTF?

You probably just lightly strained them. Take it easy and ice them if they hurt or swell up. Just take some time off. Don't get back into your workouts right after it stops hurting. You need to give it a few extra days to make sure everything's alright then you can start doing light exercise again.

I had similar symptoms, but only in one hamstring, and it turned out to be an L4/L5 disc hernia (never had any back pain, only sciatica type hamstring pain). Since you haven't posted since I assume it's better, but if it doesn't clear up in a week or two I would get it checked out.
