Did Intel change their heatsink?

I was just curious, and couldn't seem to find any information about this on the web. Were any changes made to the stock heatsink and fan between the 1.8A Northwood release and the 2.8 GHz Northwood release? Did Intel change the speed of the fan, or the overall design of the heatsink in the few months between the releases?

Does anyone have the HSF's statistics at hand? What are the db noise rating and cfm rating of the HSF? I was thinking of getting of getting a retail 2.26 after New Year. Thanks. Peace.

Same HS/Fan from 1.6A all the way to 2.8 GHz. This is why you can use the stock HS/Fan with most any overclocking project.

I believe stock heatsinks from Intel, at least for over 3.06GHz, will now have a copper core. Don't know if there will be a stronger fan as well.;)
