I was putting in some new fans into my machine today, and I when i tried to power the pc back on, basically nothing happened. The power led comes on, the hd led comes on for a little, but I get nothing on the monitor, and it the processor fan isn't even moving. Does this look like a motherboard issue? Any suggestions?
