Did I miss the custom avatar boat?

Seems that it is possible to have custom avatars, but there are no options for it in my UserCP... Moving along... So do I have to become Gold Member to get the avatar option?

I was surprised that he, being an admin (I'm guessing with access to administration panel), doesn't know that custom avatars is disabled for us peons.

I would welcome custom avatars so long as two rules are followed.

1. Each custom avatar should be approved by a mod before being shown.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMATED avatars!!
