Ok, So I was looking inside my computer trying to figure out how I could make it quieter (this is with it off mind you) and in the course of doing this I took off the heatsink and fan for my CPU. To make this short I accidently turned on the power (with heatsink and fan off) and quickly turned it off (wasn't on for more than 6 seconds). I put everything back together and turned it on but nothing booted up. All the power was on to everything but it wasn't doing it normal run. Not even BIOS would start up! I checked all the connections and eveything was fine but it just wouldn't start. How can I find out if I may have killed my Processor? Oh yeah its an AMD XP 1500+
