Did i handle this right (Fantasy Baseball)

this trade was going through and i am the commish

Martinez, Edgar (DH-Sea)
Rodriguez, Alex (SS-Tex)
Varitek, Jason (C-Bos)

for

Bonds, Barry (LF-SF)
Lopez, Javy (C-Atl)

now rodriguez is a great player, but lopez is the best catcher this year and bonds is bonds

the team to get bonds and lopez are still in the hunt for #1
the team that was trading them is out of the running

so i thought it was suspicious and tried to confirm it with the team that was trading bonds and have him come up with a reason...couldnt get a response, so i vetoed the trade saying that if i can get a discussion about it, then they can resubmit it and i will accept it

the person in the running (and to get bonds) gets mad because i let other trades that were lopsided go through (when I was moving cross country last month and didnt have a computer these trades went through)

so instead of talking about it, he drops all his players and basically ruins the league...

this is our 3rd or 4th year playing and this is the first complaint ever...

i think his response basically tell you he was trying to cheat.

trades get vetoed. the vetoer may or may not be correct but to drop a league because of 1 trade veto is just ignorant.
