God damn! I went to this site and Norton now says that a trojan is on my computer! What should I do to get rid of this?

If you can't read the pic it says:


Virus Name: Trojan.StartPage
Action Taken: Unable to repair this file

I had to click on Nortons multiple times to get out the virus warning.

Hey Keyser whats a browser hijack? Should I be worried? I'm going to do a full scan now. Also, I got messages that media player has a virus as well.
