Good move.
I've tried to get douche-nozzles fired before. But the company at the time was so retarded they'd have had to murder someone to actually get in shit.
Really annoying for someone like me.. I ended up just quitting because you could never get ahead at a place that wasn't willing to deal with people that are useless.

How come nobody was supervising the manager? They could have corrected him earlier on and make life eazier for everybody and maybe even save his job.
Just saying, you still did the right thing.

Ass-kissing. Ultimately, when someone sounds like they are doing well, they don't warrant checkups. You can hide a lot by being nice on the phone. Since nobody had the nerve to report him, he wasn't called into question.

His direct supervisor was the district manager, who doesn't spend a lot of time at each store. When he did come around the manager was able to put up a really good front that made it seem like he was awesome at his job. Seriously, he was in the running for a great promotion because everyone thought he was amazing.

Not allowed to do that. She's technically my superior :p

The damsel in distress is usually a princess and technically the superior of the peon or vagabond who comes to her rescue. Go for it. :D

All it takes is "sexual harassment" and everything falls into place. If not, bring up "lawsuit" and be done with it.

Good job.
