Did i destroy my HD?

I accidentally unplugged the power cable to my hard drive while my computer was on. it is a secondary HD.

now it won't even be recognized by the bios or computer.

did i destroy my hard drive?

how can i fix it??

I don't really see how that would kill an HD... That's just kinda like pulling the plug. Just make sure other cables didn't come loose or that they're in correctly.

it's not detectable at all..
it's a pretty old hard drive as well (about 5-6 years old)
