Did HP just kill the tablet market with their WebOS?

Confirmed this morning that the ones I ordered are shipping! We put in a big order at work for 8 and split them up. I got 3, will use two as gifts and one as a personal tablet for home.

For $100 you can't go wrong. Even if it only browses the web, plays video & music, and functions as a calendar / email system, that's good enough for me for $100.
 
I was planning on checking out Amazon's rumored Kindle tablet when it is released later this year, but for $150 for a 32 GB Touchpad, I decided I should jump on the tablet bandwagon now. I mainly want it for an eReader.
 
Woo, the tablet I picked up at amazon is out for delivery... and the case I picked up for $5 from verizon should arrive tomorrow.

I'll be probably using it as a couch surfer. It'll be nice if there's a decent pdf reader, but from reading around, it seems that it's slow and buggy.
