There's a picture from another angle which shows it was just the driver side crushed, he managed to get out with his son I believe.

Well I'm not big into lawsuits and all, but that is the weakest piece of crap thing I have ever thing, he barely hits it and the whole thing comes down. Obviously the dude was an idiot to run into it, but it should probably be built better then that. I say the two idiocies cancel out and nobody gets sued (unless some building code was violated), but they each have to pay for their own property that was destroyed.

But it does seem kinda weird. He didn't hit that hard. Seems like some hurricane force winds would take that thing down.....
