Well I'm not big into lawsuits and all, but that is the weakest piece of crap thing I have ever thing, he barely hits it and the whole thing comes down. Obviously the dude was an idiot to run into it, but it should probably be built better then that. I say the two idiocies cancel out and nobody gets sued (unless some building code was violated), but they each have to pay for their own property that was destroyed.

And if the roof was up to code (which is probably was)? Why should this idiot not be liable? You can tell it wasn't built in a structurally sound manner based on a low resolution animated .gif?
