yeah, they did, well, not $1000 but about $780

they always do this, get the first people, then drop the price! and people say apple is bad with price hiking! ^^
 
wow, that will be pretty hard to beat. 2k for a 7900gs, T2500, 100gb 7.2k, 2gb DDR2 667, etc... that oWnS my TM8200 for the same price....
 
it doesn't look like its a special, theres nothing about a limited time discount or anything, it just says what it used to be.
