Has anyone here gotten a replacement LCD from Dell before? Earlier today, I got my replacement U2410 from Dell and the packaging is making me very suspicious right now. Normally Dell use styrofoams in their packaging. It's used to protect and support the LCD inside the box. The replacement U2410 that I got was not protected by styrofoams. Instead, the LCD is inside a bag and is supported and protected by cardboard. Is this Dell's new method of shipping out LCDs or I got a refurbished LCD even though Dell promised that I'll get a new one?
P.S: I don't need anyone here telling me what Dell's official policy is. What I need are comments from people that have actually gotten a replacement LCD or have received a new Dell LCD in the last couple of days. Otherwise, I'm just dealing with assumptions and speculations, which is definitely not needed at this point in time.
Thx!
