See, that's the dumbest thing. They're advertising 256kbps (36KBps) upload in the commercials and giving customers that high of a connection while while telling their techs that no one should be over 128kpbs :|

That's weird. I just hope they keep the changes, hehe.. Although I don't really care much anymore about my upload speeds.... I would have when I was running a BBS...

You would have cared, but since you were running a server, you were breaking the AUP anyway. :p Something tells me that you would not have called in to ask about higher service for your server ;)

Danm, wish I would of seen this sooner. We were down all morning and afternoon. I couldn't play CS and boy does that piss me off.... :)

ffmcobalt-- I dont know if you would know this but are there some service plans that allow servers and greater upload speeds on cable internet. I searched the attbi small business site but all I could find was dial-up, dsl, T-1, OC-48 packages.

They need a plan where you can pay 5 or 10 bucks more to get 512kb upload speeds and allowed to run a server. Heck, I would pay that extra fee.

It would probably be a lore more than 5 or 10 bucks. They don't want you making money off their service, or reselling it.. or anything like that.. lol
