Did/are your parents becoming more eccentric as they age?

More and more now my Mom will have a dream or a "feeling" that something is "wrong" and she MUST call me (if it has something to do with me or my wife) ASAP and find out "whats wrong".

I think she's losing it 🙁

She'll have a dream and then tell me what her interpretation of said dream was and then say something like "keep an eye out for that happening".

Today she "felt" something was "wrong" with my pregnant wife and since I wasn't on AIM at that exact moment she just had to call my cell phone and email me asking if everything was OK with my wife.

I don't get it, I used to just laugh it off but now I'm starting to think she really believes she has some special insight or something.

My Dad on the other hand seems just the same as always at least.
 
My father turned super-religious after a near death experience in his late 60s, but it wore off after a few years.
