It seems the volume of posts dropped dramatically when the new forums were thrust upon us.

That, in combination with the Jrun errors that lasted for months drove a lot of people away.

I slowed way down/left during that mêlée, but seriously things have really gone to sh!t around here. There is really never any good topics or exciting things that people do and post about. It sucks.

I think what we need is a "Topic of the Day" poster for the weekdays. Someone who looks around for a hot topic hopefully not related to religion or politics, and then poses a debate-type post... people could take a pro or con style approach to it. It may generate some interesting conversation.

No it won't. It would degrade into the infantile shit[/b] every other thread does.

I vote we provide a new Cadillac avatar (that is a gif of course...which moves ever so slowly...) for all old timers who feel similarly. That way, we can easily identify elderly bias and filter it out without being subjected to their tales of yore.

I really miss the oldtimers who shook things up with their insight and craziness. Even Jerboy was better than most of the noobs we have now. When is the last time we have had a spirited debat about lightbulbs? Whatever happened to guys like Ducknuts and Spunky? Yes, sometimes the old days are better thatn the present.
Some of us old timers are still here. Thanks for the compliments though.

I want more speed pass in the belt buckle stories. :(

LMFAO. I miss LordMaul. Good stuff.

What happened to LM?

He just doesn't come around very much anymore...once in a great while he will.
His Speedpass threads need to be enshrined in the ATOT Hall of Greatness. Those were freaking hilarious.

it does seem alot lamer now. about 99% of the posts go about 10 replies deep before someone starts to flame someone ... not to say that it's not entertaining to read :)
