Did anyone order HTC One?

Any GSM carrier, yes. However, if youre a TMo customer and need their wifi calling, you'll need to get the TMo branded one. Also, the unlocked one doesnt support TMo LTE. The unlocked one LTE bands are 700/850/AWS/1900 MHz, TMo's LTE is 1700/2100 AWS. They use 1900 reframed for HSPA.

Ordered mine yesterday at about 11am PST, today shows backordered.

But AWS = 1700/2100. So going on that what you just posted suggests the unlocked one does support T-mobile LTE. The unlocked one from HTC will get t-mobile LTE.

It does not support T-mobile HSPA on AWS, only on their refarmed 1900 areas. This is the only difference I think compared to the t-mobile version.

I dont know if i want to wait for black or not. The silver is so awesome looking i might just go with that even though i was going to wait for black

Yeah youre right. The unlocked version will work on LTE, but thats it. If I was a TMo customer (which I am) I would order one from TMo (which I did) for many reasons.

got it, i like all the obvious things to like about it. camera is interesting, however i do notice the drop in megapixels.

the stock gallery app is horrendous.

im finding the lack of a settings button annoying. difficult to adjust for.

been playing around with my brothers and I like it. The biggest differences I have noticed between it and my SG3 is the much better build quality, materials, and the WAY better speakers which are actually placed on the from which is great since it allows you to place the phone on the table listen to unmuffled audio. Too bad I have to wait 12 more months until I am able to upgrade again, hopefully something even better gets released by then.

I got the Iphone 5 on tmo last week but I'm curious about the HTC One's build quality issues sorted out before I purchase it and return the iphone 5.

What build quality issues are there? If you're reading them off of XDA then I would take what those people say with a grain of salt, every phone on there has a general forum filled with people proclaiming every android phone to be an awful piece of crap with tons of problems.

The silver/white is already in stores. Not sure about the black variants.

Select 3rd party retailers have them (WalMart for example) but TMo corp store's soft launch is tomorrow. Again, selct few will have them tomorrow. Here in Phoenix only 2 stores will have any. Availability is sparse.

Are all the carriers going to get the black version?

I havent seen or read about the the black one coming to tmobile...

Picked mine up Monday. Pretty sweet device so far. I was on the fence whether to get this or wait for the GS4. Ultimately, I chose the One over the GS4 for the build quality, which is great. It feels very solid compared to the plastic housing on the Galaxy phones. The dual front facing speakers are awesome! If your playing music over them, they can certainly fill up a room without distortion or sounding terrible. The camera is solid as well, low light pics are great. I'm working on getting it rooted at the moment, I am having issues with the htcdev site not sending me my unlock token! My last two phones have both been HTC (Hero -> Evo 3D) and I never really had any issues with either. While I've never owned a Galaxy phone, the plastic feels cheap to me. The features the GS4 offers are pretty cool, but I couldn't see myself using them too often, if at all.

Got my HTC One yesterday. Loving it so far.

Edit:
I also wanted to note on the brightness -- HTC One that I have has a pretty bright screen -- when compared to the Note 2 on full brightness, HTC One seems to be slightly brighter. When out in the sun, HTC One definitely fares better in terms of visibility -- Note 2 fares better with blacks/contrast obviously.

I'm quite curious to the htc one owners, did you guys replace the sense launcher already or are you on stock?

After owning a few Samsung devices (sgs2, sgs3, note 2) I can honestly say that I pretty much installed nova launchers as soon as I get their device. But so far I've had htc one for few days now, and I haven't felt the same urge to rip out Sense 5 and replace it with Nova Launcher as I did with TouchWiz, personally I felt that Sense 5 is a breath of fresh air compared to the cluttered interface of TouchWiz 5, though not without its faults (multitask interface, home button behavior) I generally find it fairly pleasant to use.

Stock. I'm new-ish to Android in the sense that I've only had two Android devices: Nexus 7 (stock Android) and an old Motorola Droid (original one, which I think was stock Android), both which I only owned for a few months. I tried Nova launcher almost immediately after getting the One, having heard about it in a TWiT podcast, but I didn't really like it. I like Sense and Blinkfeed. It's fairly minimal and doesn't seem to slow the UI down.
