Update.Lamestop has discs in hand but isnt releasing them til the 16th.

Amazon.com is stating it should ship around 2/16/03. I'm not expecting mine until next week.

I got mine last Friday (from ebgames.com). Haven't had much time to play it yet, but it's looks pretty cool. I watched some of the demos on the disc. F-Zero looked pretty cool, and WarioWorld looked like it's going to be good.

I loaded Zelda OT and it looks about the same as it did on the N64. Maybe a bit more polished. I've never played it myself, so I'm looking forward to playing later this week.

I played the new Zelda at Babbages the other night. It looks fantastic. Can't wait to dive into that one.
 
My EB Games store hasn't called to let me know my bonus disc is in yet. From what I have heard, the graphics are a bit polished compared to how it looked on N64. I have never played the Zeldas before so I am looking forward to it.

the employee i spoke with said they *may* be released ealrier,but not until its confirmed from corporate.
i preordered this damn game when i picked up my metroid prime preorder which i preordered when i picked up mario sunshine!
 
Just called my local EB and they are telling me that they have the discs but won't be giving them out until 2/16.
 
Just to verify, if I preorder after they're released, I can pick them up at the time of preorder (correct?).

I'm thinking about stopping by a KB Toys and picking up a GC, free Prime, $30 SSBM, and preordering Zelda today.

you would just be buying the game post release.the game doesnt come til march 24th.but the bonus disc is one hell of an incentive to preorder.
as far as you stopping by kb for that deal, you will not regret it.
 
I'm a new GC owner, and I asked a couple places (Gamestop+KB), neither would give it out now, both said the 16th, Gamestop said there's a limited number and I might not get it, and KB Toys gave me the impression that if I preordered now I wouldn't get it at all.

I'll just cruise over to a Gamestop on the 17th that's about a mile from my work.
