Did anyone get somthing from Yahoo lately? What the heck is it

I got this purple object from yahoo today and cant figure out what it is for.
ist round and it has this small lever in it that makes a small blade protrude.
cant use is for a letter opener i tried.
can any on help?

Speaking of cheap useless things, has any searched for the word "FREE". Look down the originator line, anything weird?
