Did anyone get prosecuted from the walmart shopping stampede?

I'm not talking about Walmart themselves. I already know they bought their way out of a criminal suit by paying a fine.

When I last read an article on the subject of the black friday deaths I saw a note about how the police were going to review the security tapes to see if any of the customers could be identified trampling the pregnant women or security guard to death.
Did the cops give up on that or what?
Cant find anything in the news. After whole year something should have happened.

I would think it'd be really hard to see who trampled who in a mob rush that like. It's going to happen again especially with how cheap tv's and computers are going to be this year compared to last year.

Yeah the reason I brought it up is we have a leaked ad in the official Black Friday Forum and it looks like some pretty good bargains on stuff. Economy is worse this year and would not be surprised if people were already frothing at the mouth.
I plan to stock up on ammo & baked beans before that day and when it comes I will bunker down for the whole damn weekend. Do not intend to leave the house at all.

I think so, but it doesnt change the evil, selfish destructive nature of the average American, and I was hoping something more happened than a fine on Walmart.
