Diamond or Palit?

Which one is better overall with quality/warranty/etc? With the ebay 30% off, I can get one for $392 Shipped AR. I am admittedly not as familiar with the ATi partners as I am NV. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

me, i would go with diamond. you will hear others say about the recent articles about faulty 3800's link but i have owned various diamond video cards over the years and have not had 1 problem with them including the current one in my system right now.

I've owned 2 diamond cards, no problems with them.

Palit = Gainward who do usually do their own cooling solutions\designs with cherry picked Golden Samples.
