Actually Red, I'd have to say that CS threads far outnumber &quot;elite&quot; threads in the last couple months.


Also.. my theory on off-topic elites is that the easiest way to become elite in OT is to be a girl. :Q 😉
 
by the way, I can speak firsthand how John is really loving his popularity in the for sale forum, considering I know him personally (from the same town).

I wish I had his hookups and time so I could start selling stuff.. that lucky bastage :Q

Don't go getting that sex change quite yet Valhalla... :Q There are only two of us in OT that are Elite, unless I am forgetting somebody. Which is possible, it's late and I am tired. 😉

WombatWoman is of course in a class all by herself. The men still outnumber us by far, though I feel pretty strongly that Isla is well on her way there. 😀

Still, I wouldn't feel right unless hzl, Unexpug8d, and ChrictonsGirl came on with me!

hzl because she is the giggly grinch and I've never seen her say an unkind word to anyone, Unexpurgat8d because she has the best sense of humor, and CGirl because she is fearless in swatting down the trolls that pop up from time to time in here.

Without the Ladies, I wouldn't be here much myself!

It may not be completely meaningless, but I must say at least for the tech part of it, as you said there is definitely no guarantee that an Elite status means the person knows anything at all about the topic at hand. I offer myself as a prime example. 😉 Most of the &quot;advice&quot; I give out is probably gleaned from other members on this site, and usually from non-Elites too.
