Diamond members who AREN'T elite..

At least we know Platinum and Diamond members EARNED their status. (Maybe uselessly but hey, who cares when you are making a point 😀)
 
I like not being elite! all the people here that I consider good friends / funny people are non-elite mostly, so I'd rather be a part of them 🙂
 
Diamond members do not suck! Most of my favorite people on here are Platinum or Diamond members. I don't care if you help someone out with computer problems, or just help them by making them laugh, if your doing something to make someone elses day better, then you are not a nef, at least in my book. Locutus of Board comes to mind, he always has something to get people talking. Without him, this board would be boring, and has been several times when he has been away.

See, I dont care about being elite either. the reason we are pitiful is because we have this many posts that aret "elite" posts, meaning we must post junk or are "unpopular" and have too much time on your hands because we post so much, therefore deeming us all lame.

Valhalla: Have you ever read my posts? I think probably five to ten percent of them are useful, (some people would even argue that figure) 😉 and the rest are just me having fun. I think the Admin was recovering from a blow to the head the day he picked me.. 😛 I guess what I am trying to say is I really feel that right now, there is a great group of people on this board, and that we seem to click together. So status should not be important to anyone, as long as we are all friends and have a good time.

Now excuse me, I need to go light candles and sing Kumbaya for a while I think.... 😀
 
You know, this whole status thing is so similar to age. At 15 all you ever wanted, was to be 16 and drive. 18 to vote/buy tobacco, etc.. 21 to drink, etc, but once you hit 21.. you start dreading every year after, because you are getting old. The only thing I have to look forward to is 65., and now I dont even want to celebrate my b-day. Well, the same goes here, I wanted to get out of "junior member" as quick as I could, then "member" came along, and now with "senior member" every post brings me closer to the realization that I dont have a life. sad, but true...
 
Diamond Members and Elite Members are mutually exclusive....that should be obvious. You wouldn't be an Elite if you were Diamond and vice versa....

Although you can always hope to have your status upgraded....😀

Who here still remembers the days when there was no such thing as &quot;Diamond, Platinum, and Golden.&quot; When you were either Junior, Regular, Senior or Elite.

Back in the days where we had to hardcode our links and bold print dammit, before the days of HIGHLIGHTING and ^^ these silly things. ^^

Nah maybe the Mod is a Republican in Bush's Administration and is trying to look more liberal under the guise of 'bringing parties together' and trying to hire minorities. But really just out to get the minority vote.😛
