dialing from my home computer to my work computer then need to access all computers on the network

help me on this one please,
when i call in from home computer to my work computer {all win 98 se tcpip}
which is set to dial in server, i can't get it to be a gateway to all the computers on the network. i can see the computers in network
neighborhood, however i can't ping to them {can't access}.
any solutions???

Has this all been approved by the network guys? This seems like a major security risk to me... If it is approved, the best thing the network guys could do is set up a central location for dialin workers or set up a vpn solution.

I agree w/ what n0cmonkey said. You should talk to your network guys.

Doesn't the host machine (Work) have to be set up to route TCP/IP? (Don't know much about Win 9-8...)

Yeah, the work machine would have to route tcp-ip and I am almost positive it is possible with win98. If it is, having it enabled would be another security risk. All in all it is not worth the risk.
