I am going to burn a CD with diagnostic and troubleshooting tools on it.
Anyone know of a free down loadable AV program that can be run, with updates, from a CD?
Anyone like to ad to the list?

Adaware and also avg anti virus (free).
Put all the norton virus removal/scanners on it.
Also put internet explorer 6, you'd be surprised how many computers aren't using it. You can also put an install file for some alternative browser as this will come in handly if you need to download something an IE is screwed up.
I have a cd like this for my job around here somewhere.
