I'm looking for a program or a couple programs that help me solve 2 problems

#1, Since I switched my Comp to a new case it seems to be taking a long time to boot, and I was wondering if there was a program that would run a diagnostic on my Boot process, so I could find out what was slowing it down

#2, When I first boot into Win98 I have 82% resources free, but sometimes it's only 5-8 hours and my free recouces will drop as low as 36% or even today after about 12 hours (I rebooted last night about 2am and and started having system lag about 2pm)I had 29% free, is there a program that could help me figure out what is happening.... or do you guys have any ideas?

I would guess a memory leak in one of your utilities that you have running... Dunno the best way to track it down though...

run the System Configuration Utility and get rid of all the programs that start up that you DON'T need, then load them back one at a time to find the mem leaker

keeping programs from starting when windows does makes boot time faster. so this could answer both your questions

Thanx for your answers guys but I don't think I made myself clear on the "BOOT" thing, I took my system out of a POS case and put tit in an sx1030b, that is the only thing that has changed, but while it used to boot very quickly, it takes about 4 times as long now, I know it sounds wierd but all the start-ups are the same as before..... any thoughts?
