Diagnostic programs?

I bought a used Abit BH6, along with a Celeron 300a and a 128mb stick of Mosel pc143 ram. Trouble is, the system is unstable running at a fsb of 100mhz. Are there good diagnostic programs out there that can help me pinpoint the bad part? I already have docmem, which is a memory tester.

Thanks,

Wes Huang

Do you get lock-ups? I used to have Abit BX6 rev 2 with Celeron 300a oc to 450mhz. It runs great just as long as I have a fan blowing at the CPU. It locks up on me EVERYTIME if I forget to turn on the fan (usually its about 20mins before it locks up). BTW, I don't mean a case fan, I tried it and its not enough to keep the CPU cool. hope that helps.
