At last boot up my MSI K7T Pro2A "Smart LED's" told me memory module not properly installed or defective(red-green-red-red). Tested in another PC POST was OK. My diagnose mobo dead=RMA.🙁 Right ?

Obviously you tried it in another memory slot?

Did you try installing different memory just to be sure?

You're not reading the code upside down, and it is giving
you a keyboard controller fault?

No new memory tried but if the modules posted OK in another PC it should be alright ?
No, no Live BIOS.

Upside down ? Had the case on the side of the board on the floor reading red-green-red-red from upmost to downside LED.

Yet another "ISSUE" with the Pro2A board. I have had some Pro2A's that would setup fine thru OS install but during burn-in start hanging at POST with memory errors (using Mushkin Rev 2 PC133). Usually several power cycles will convince it to POST but when this happens it's RMA time (again). I gave up on the Pro2A and started using the Epox EP8KTA2 and have had NO Problems. Seems to me like MSI's implementation of the 686B and it's required CMOS initiations is not 100%. I almost have to wonder if the "Smart LED" is causing some of this situation with the Pro2A !!!! Alot of it does seem to be CMOS pull up related.
