Around 8 years ago XGI put out a few cards to challenge ATI and nvidias top cards of the time, failed hard and they faded out from the scene.

That looks like a low end model.

I have one of those, was damn near impossible to find drivers, and then the drivers I got for it wont even support half of the resolutions you find on modern day monitors.
