I don't get one thing, why was he playing it on a tv?

Playstation version.

Edit - I just read it. Hell, if he regularly sleepwalks, he could have just been having any old violent dream, not necessarily about Diablo, and done the same.

that is insane...

and the reason he was playing it on the TV was that Diablo came out for playstation, which is played on a TV

His mother says he played so much, he ruined screens on three televisions.
Nice parenting! Looks like Johnny burned out another TV playing video games, better buy him a new one!

Wow... I used to sleepwalk a lot. Not so much anymore. I couldn't imagine how it would feel to kill someone while sleepwalking and not know it, and then wake up covered in blood and find out what you did 🙁

Ruined 3 TVs? I've played a LOT of video games on TVs, but have yet to ruin a single one...
And you know, if my kid was playing one game so much they ruined 3 TVs, I might have to sit down and have a talk with them.

McIlwain plans to argue the boy was sleepwalking and was still playing the game in his sleep.

Umm, yeah, right.

Bashing buttons can help you st@b someone :Q Wow, if I ever want to learn how to st@b people, I'll make sure I get myself a Playstation.

I refuse to believe he ruined 3 TVs. I probably play more video games in 1 day then that kid did in in his lifetime and my TVs have never had a problem. Overexageration much?

Maybe he kept knifing them in his sleep and they had to buy new ones?

Yea, but something has to take the blame other then the parents... we all know it wasn't their fault right

don't you know, holding a controller invovles 98% of the same muscles as stabbing someone!

Yea, sounds like his parents are trying to get the kid off by pushing the blame on the game.

How could he have found a knife while sleepwalking if he was stuck in the dungeons of diablo? I never saw any modern looking kitchens in that game.
