well as I started to read this thread I told myself I wasnt going to post to it, but after reading one of the posts I decided to anyway. This post is in responce to one of Cazic's posts.

If Buy.com or other places offer a deal and someone takes that deal... that is not cheating them. Business offer promotions and great deals in return for advertisment and whatever other reasons they decided to give the deal. Yes there is a community of great users on E-bay, but there is also the chance of sending someone money and never getting the product, that is not cheating, that is stealing, and is totaly differnt from people like us who take advatage of great deals that companies are offering, and just because we decide to share the wealth with all the other people who like to get in on internet deals doesnt make us "cheaters". I thank you for trying to be nice to the poeple who where impatient about getting Diablo2, but I hope you see your error in posting your auction here because A, auction posts arent allowd on this forum, and B, your 45 dollar price is no great deal. Hope you understand where I am comming from.

P.S. Hope eveyrone had a great 4th, I spent mine working at
Blockbuster hehe.

Rigor guy said just Download Diablo from a warez site for free. Warez is Pirated software or "evaluation" full versions. But you can't get online with Warez..u need a CD key which only comes one per retail...

Sold for 59 bucks and the package is alreadyon the way to the winner. No its not comical. E-bay is a great tool. ITs much more ethical then signing up for T shirts when u have no intention to become part of their promotion. Lets see how many of u are 3 COM resellers?

I'm not questioning your integrity Cazic, but I would like to tell you what a jerk you are for trying to sucker these people into thinking that 59 dollars is a good price for Diablo II especially when just about every store sells it for 50 dollars (and yes you can find it cause Compusa the store that I work in got 276 copies in and 204 more coming). So quit talking $#i+ about other people and admit that you're in the wrong.

59 bucks? What a sucker! For 5 bucks more that buyer could have gotten the collector's edition!!! (I use that as a comparison only - since you probably won't find the CE anymore).

Buy retail! You can go out anywhere, pay the 50 bucks but end up getting the game for around 30 if you are just willing to go back and pricematch in a few weeks.

Even online sellers are cheaper than his "deal".

Pronto has a good point too... he double shafted the forum! Said he was going to sell it for 45 to us (which would have been tolerable), but then ends up auctioning it to the forum members who went there for even more. Probably had a "handling fee" added in as well :Q

Compusa is a joke. you touch their stuff and they want restocking fee. You know I never intended this to be a war thread. I am not a software dealer or anything. I simply posted that I had the software available cuz I saw some guy ranting on how lame blizzard is for their slow distribution. So I put it up for less then my cost. I bought it from Buycom so u know its like 51 bucks there and I was willing to go for 45 with free shipping. I think that is pretty good. Tax free and no shipping charge. If u people don't thnk so? Well I am sorry. If u read my post..I did mention FOR THOSE INTERESTED, what part of that don't you people understand?
