Diablo 2 Issue

For anyone out there still rocking this game, I've got an issue with my level 32 barbarian. For some reason it won't unlock the Whirlwind skill, despite it only requiring level 30. Anyone know what's up with this?

Do you have at least one point in each of its prerequisites?

If I recall correctly they are: Bash, Leap, Stun, Concentrate and Leap Attack, so get one point in each of those and you'll unlock Whirlwind.

What he said.
Also take notice of your any of your gear that may offer +X into X skill that may be confusing you into thinking you put a point in it.

That's my guess as well. You have to actually put a point into all prereqs as the added skills from armor and such don't count.

I've been playing D2 a lot lately. If anybody wants to play sometime you can add me as a friend. Username = gorcorps

I'm a lvl 52 so I can help the lower levels through normal if needed

Thanks for the help guys. I know I've got a few +1s from items but I think the problem is stun and concentrate. I focused on leap attack, mace mastery, and iron skin since those are the only three I thought I'd need besides whirlwind.

Check to see that you have spent at least on point in "Leap and Leap Attack" or "Bash, Stun and Concentrate." Either of those lines should get you Whirlwind at level 30. Skill points obtained via items do not count towards building your skill tree. For instance if you have one point in Concentrate because you have a +1 to Concentrate item, you cannot get Whirlwind without putting at least one level point into Concentrate first.

Hope that helps,
