Please explain how this and this were created?

also does any rich diablo guy happen to want to trade a lightsaber or Baranar's Star and Tiamat's Rebuke for my The Atlantean, I have nothing else to offer because i'm poor

IIRC, those were created using an exploit thats been closed for a while now.

Yep - those are created by cheating. EDIT: I just looked at them again and they appear to be legit, just very rare to get those jewels and runes.

And BTW, the Atlantean isn't worth a dime - especially against the items that you mentioned.

Because of the way the economy works now either you item is worth tons, alot or absolutely nothing. The atlantean is worth absolutely nothing. Rares have to have the best mods thinkeable, on the best elite item of it's class, with almost top rolls on all mods, to be worth something. The economy totaly sucks, I hate what the game has become and playing it makes me sick, so i dont.

I hear ya. I miss the good old days of pre-expansion pre-dupe pre-maphack Diablo 2. It was an awesome game.
