Diablo 2 'backup'...

A friend of mine is trying to make a 'backup' of Diablo 2. The first CD 'backed-up' fine, but the 2nd CD failed in the 'backup' attempt? What should my friend do, because he definately needs those backups! 🙂

mosdef--I'm assuming your friend is the legal owner of the cd's he is backing up. If so, it is an excellent idea to backup the Diablo cd's, especially the 2nd cd, since this is what it keys on. I think it's the PLAY cd. Man, I can't find my original. My nephew was playin' it last night. Fortunately, I have my backup.

1. I assume your burner will have to write/read RAW.
2. I used Plex and CloneCD. My first backup attempt failed, with everything checked.
3. I unchecked a couple things...can't rember what, and I'm not at home. I think intelligent something and something else. Anyway a couple things that make it take a harder look at the cd. My guess is it has bad sectors in abby normal places. This worked.
