DHL Rant

WTF is wrong with these people? I worked a summer job in Westchester this past summer. I sold a couple of things on eB*y and used DHL (née Airborne) to ship because they did daily pickups or a got a good rate or something like that. Shortly after I finished the job, I started getting emails and calls from DHL and collection agencies saying I owed money. This was total, complete, steaming BS. I was lucky that my CC had expired and I never put the new number in my DHL account.

So why were they saying I owed money? Somebody started sending packages from another the Canada divsion of the company I worked for, specifically to the office I was in. DHL, the geniuses that they apparently are, looked in their little black book and found my account associated with that address, so they decided to bill me. All together now, WTF?!?

I've talked to them countless times, as well as to their collection stooges. I just reamed-out the latest guy who called an hour ago. I rarely lose my cool but I came pretty close.

What can I do to get DHL and their minions off my back?

Wow that sucks. Tell them to stop harassing you over their fvck up. If they don't, you'll be forced to pursue legal action. Take their names as well so the individuals know that they'll be in trouble as well.

Airborne was great. The company I worked for switched from FedEx. The Airborne rep that came in was great. Not only was she hot, but she brought us Crispy Creme every time. Then DHL bought them and they went to crap. Now we're back with FedEx.

dhl sucks. my wifes work deals with them because for some reason their contact lense supplier uses them. they fvk it up at least once a week.

i agree with wetling23. airborne wasnt half bad. i used them few times and no problems. but as soon as dhl took over, suckville.
