DHL claims they attempted to deliver a package yet I heard nothing.

I was home at the exact time they said they attempted. I heard no knocking or even anyone saying hello or anything like that. I was right here in the living room waiting. How can they blatantly lie like that? DHL sucks!

Could be the DHL driver lied... and you're just getting the report from whoever you called. Person to give sh1t to, would be the driver when he does stop by.

DHL said that to me too today (I was home at the right time also) but he left a note on the ground. It said he will bring it again tomorrow and leave it if I sign the paper he left. Both UPS and FedEx never bother ringing my bell and just leave the package so they're no different here.
